Our patented guide system is compatible with blades between 12 and 60 mm high , up to 5 mm thick and of unlimited length. The fine grain diamond disc sharpens all types of steel to the highest quality and can also sharpen ceramic knives.
SHARPEN THE KNIFE IN 3 STAGES
1. SET THE DESIRED SHARPENING ANGLE
An angle of 17° is a good starting point if you are unsure of which angle to choose. A small angle cuts more easily, while a large angle produces a stronger edge.
2. SHARPEN THE KNIFE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CUTTING EDGE
3. SHARPENING TO GET THE FINAL EDGE
Remove the morphil and polish the knife on the sharpening wheel until razor sharp.
