Our patented guide system is compatible with blades from 12 mm to 60 mm high, up to 5 mm thick and of unlimited length. The fine-grain diamond wheel sharpens all types of steel to the highest quality, and can even sharpen ceramic knives.
Sharpen Your Knife In 3 Steps
1. SET THE DESIRED SHARPENING ANGLE
17° is a good starting angle if you're not sure what angle to choose. A small angle will cut more easily, while a large angle will produce a more durable edge.
2. SHARPEN THE KNIFE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CUTTING EDGE
Follow the profile of the edge and press gently, as if cutting a tomato.
3. HONING TO OBTAIN THE FINAL EDGE
Remove the morfil and polish the knife on the honing disc to a razor-sharp edge.
